A. Push Jerk, 10 sets of 2,
95-115-135-155-175-185-195-205-215-225
*This is def my weakest lift overhead… My split jerk is over 265 lbs, but my Push Jerk is weak.. It is more my fault, as I do not train it enough and shy away from it. Hopefully over these next couple of months I will be training it more often.
I am not disappointed with this attempt for my last one, as I have not done Push Jerk for strength in quite awhile, so I will take it for now.*

B. “Dumbbell DT”
5 Rounds of:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerk
*Total Dumbbell Weight @ 55% of my bodyweight- 45 lbs dumbbells in each hand*
