"Thursday Workouts of the Day, May 19th, 2011"
*Thursday, May 19th, 2011 Workouts of the Day*
Had a rough week with business problems and some personal problems. I still managed to get most of my workouts in, but was not into today, and just did a strength portion and a simple conditioning workout of the day. I was quite happy with the conditioning portion of my workout, as the last time I did the OPT FLIGHT SIMULATOR, it went miserably wrong and was just missing double unders all over the place.
Workout for Thursday, May 19th, 2011:
A. Split Jerks, Work to a Heavy Single
B. OPT Flight Simulator:
