Tuesday and Wednesday Workouts of the Day, August 9th and August 10th, 2011

*Tuesday should have been a rest day, but my tendency to get impatient during my hours in the gym by myself get the best of me. I am not at the point of overtraining, but I have to no my limits. I did heavy deadlifts on Monday, and my back was very sore, so performing front squats should have been a no-no in this aspect. I felt good throughout my sets, but my 1 rep max attempts were shabby at best, and just felt drawn down. I performed strength on Tuesday, and hit a conditioning workout on Wednesday, just to get even for Tuesdays failures. Thursday will be a rest day with some active recovery with SURFING!*

205-225-235, 215-235-245, 235-255-300(Fail)

B. Shoulder Press, 5 sets of 5 @ 130 lbs

Wednesday, August 10th, 2011 Workout of the Day:

A. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:

Power Cleans @ 155 lbs
