150 Kettlebell Swings @ 55 lbs
150 Box Jumps @ 24 inches
2000 m of Rowing

*This should have been a rest day, but did not listen to my boy.*

A. For Time of the following movements:
25 Burpees
2 Handstand Push-ups….
5 Burpees
10 Handstand Push-Ups

Total Time: 8:42 w/ elevated handstand push-ups @ 35 lbs plates

B. Skill Work with Kipping Handstand Push-Ups

Handstand Push-Ups is a major goat of mine, but the last 2 out of 3 workouts have involved Handstand Push-Ups, which is to much volume for me to handle as of right now, and I paid the price with a poor performance!
