Tuesday and Wednesday Workouts of the Day
Hit some good workouts over the last two days, and my eating has been on point, and following what Coach Mike says by upping my intake of carbs to over 200 grams a day, and now I a eating rice to hit that point. I am also finally eating at least three big meals a day, and I must say I am feeling much better and much more energized throughout the day. I think I am putting on a little weight, but whatever, it will all work out in the end, and if I feel better, then it is a good thing.
Tuesday, February 28th, 2012 Workout of the Day:
AM SESSION:
A. Row x 20 Minutes x Zone 1 Work @ Average Heart at 131 and Max hit 140 heart beats per minute.
PM SESSION:
5 Sets @ 97% of:
15 Burpees As Fast As Possible:
15 Seconds on Airdyne
Averages 48 seconds for all sets and cals where between 8 cals and 10 cals everytime
Wednesday, February 29th, 2012 Workout of the Day:
AM Session
20 Minutes on Row @ Zone 1 Work and Average Heart @ 135 and Max at 141
PM Session
10 sets @ High Aerobic Effort:
30 seconds of rowing
rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of bear crawl
rest 30 seconds
30 seconds double unders
rest 30 seconds
Felt good on everything, and bear crawls wore me out!
