Tuesday, August 21st, 2012 Workout

Today was a little tougher than expected, just because I hate the Airdyne… Just putting myself on these bike for 30 minutes plus, just kind of irks me in away. Also, I had to do double unders, which I have not done since May, but overall it went okay. I had to do 500 double unders for time, and my goal was in the 5 minutes, but did not hit this. However, I am not disappointed, because it was not that I was missing, or was more my arms were getting tired, and also legs giving out a bit, probably because I just did a map session on the airdyne 5 minutes prior. I have another go at this on Saturday, so we will see how that goes…

I have kind of a big day tomm, as I go for a 1 rep max power snatch, and this has been my nemesis for sometime. My goal is to hit 195 to 205 lbs on this movement, but we will see how I am feeling tomm.
