Need to get stronger, and just keep piling on some heavy met-cons with some strongman stuff mixed in. One item that I believe will improve my overall fitness and also build up my conditioning is the prowler. This thing just kills you, and just makes you realize how much harder you have to work in your workouts. Great Tool and Necessity in anyones training.
August 2nd, 2011 Workout of the Day:
A. Lightweight, Shoulder Press,5 sets of 5 @ 125 lbs, keep perfect alignment and concentrate on Hollow Body Position
B1. 3 Rounds for time of:
10 Deadlifts @ 245 lbs
50 Double Unders
20 GHD Sit-Ups
*Rest 4:00 Minutes
B2. 3 Rounds for time of:
10 Ring Dips
50 Double Unders
100 Feet Sled Pushes @ 180 lbs on sled + sled
