Tuesday, July 10th, 2012 Workout

Today was a skill day with some olympic lifting and then some zone work with rowing. I can honestly say I hate rowing with a passion. It just hits me the wrong way, and hate being stuck on that rowing machine. However, it is one of those things that I have to embrace… It is not the the aerobic capacity of being on the rowing machine, its my add that kicks in, and just hate looking at one thing. This is why I love running because I can see different things, and really changes the view on things. I felt pretty good on every thing, and feeling better each day!
