A. Thrusters, work to a heavy single, worked up to 210 lbs
B. 5 Sets of the following:
5 Unbroken Thrusters @ 170 lbs
30 Unbroken Double Unders
*Rest 90 seconds between sets*
Time: Between 41-43 seconds a round
C. Wall Climbs to Holds, and practice Handstand Walk x 6 sets x 20 seconds
