A. High Bar Back Squat, work to heavy single, worked up to 335 lbs
B. Clean and Jerk from 1 inch above knee on boxes… 70% x 1 @ 175 lbs, 75% x 1 @ 190 lbs, 80% x 1 @ 205 lbs, 85% x 1 x 3 @ 215 lbs
C. Volume Control Muscle Ups(False Grip), 2 reps x 6 minutes x on the minute
