Went off the edge, and did mass amounts of strength today, but couple of the lifts, did not work not work up to maxes, but just wanted to get some work in on these lifts.

B. Split Jerk, to up to a medium single, concentrating on technique
Worked up to 245 lbs…
C. Push Press, sets of 2
Worked up to 200 lbs…
D. 5 Rounds for time of:
35 Double Unders
Run 200 m
Time: Sub 5:30
E. Work up to a heavy single in the Snatch
Worked up to 200 lbs…
