*Worked some Heavy Power Snatches. I was very disappointed with my performance today, as the weight got the best of me. My big weakness during strength workouts is my power positions. I am trying to work on them more as of right now, to better prepare myself for heavier metabolic conditioning workouts and to increase my work capacity during workouts, with the goal of getting stronger and faster with my lifts.*

A. Power Snatches, Work to a 1 Rep Max
Worked up to 180 lbs
I failed at 185 lbs 4 times for repetitions. The weight was not heavy, but my feet position was awful and it was making me miss on those number of attempts.
