"Tuesday Workout of the Day, May 17th, 2011"

*Tuesday Workout of the Day, May 17th, 2011*

A. Back Squat, Heavy 3 Rep Max
*I had a lot more in the tank, but sometimes hesitant on performing back squat without a spotter, as in the past, I have had injuries due to getting stuck in the bottom*


B. For Time of the following movements:
Row 1000 m
25 Burpees
50 Thrusters @ 45 lbs
25 Burpees

Total Time: 7:40

I went unbroken for every movement, and felt pretty good, however, I will be taking a rest day on Wednesday, because I will be training all day non-stop, and will be tough to find time to get my workouts in. I will chalk it up as a rest day and hit a double met-con on Thursday with a strength workout as well. I will workout Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and rest Monday. I will hit doubles on Thursday, and Sunday, and hit singles on Friday and Saturday with some sort of strength.
