30 seconds Max Reps of Kettlebell Swings @ 2 pood

30 seconds Max Reps of GHD Sit-Ups
Total Reps: 182 reps
B. Front Squat, 5 sets of 5
135-165-205-225-240
*Felt good on these and starting to keep toes pointed straight to create more torque while I squat.*
