Day/times: Monday through Friday you could typically see me in between 230 and six. Saturday 9 AM for sure love that partner work out!!(if I’m not working)
Proudest moment: My children, Lexi, Hannah, and Josh. I was able to buy my first home when I was 20. I competed in competitive all natural bodybuilding throughout my late 20s was able to snag a few trophies. My fortunate ability to have worked at Whitey and Mac Landscape and Superior Pool both for over 22 years.
Proudest VB Way Moments: just getting to the gym on a consistent basis is a proud moment for me! The people that I’ve met friends that have been made, coaches and community and of course, the personal goals that I have met with my health and fitness are the things that I cherish most. I really appreciate the recognition.
