I’m most proud of getting to the gym a few times a week, every week, and making healthy food choices since getting back to Vagabond 6 months ago. I’m down 15 lbs with goals of a strict pull up and half marathon before end of summer.

Best thing about Vagabond is the camaraderie and community! Kevin and coaches have created such a positive atmosphere focussed on progress, hard work, and fun!
