Grew up in Leominster, settled in Easton

What days/times you typically train at VBC:
 I try and make it 3 times a week to 4:30 or 5:30 class

My proudest accomplishment(s) in my training:

My consistency. I’m most proud of getting to the gym a few times a week, every week, and making healthy food choices since getting back to Vagabond 6 months ago. I’m down 15 lbs with goals of a strict pull up and half marathon before end of summer. 

What’s the best thing about Vagabond?

Best thing about Vagabond is the camaraderie and community! Kevin and coaches have created such a positive atmosphere focussed on progress, hard work, and fun!
