5:30 am or 4:00 pm

My proudest accomplishment(s) in my training: 
Completing the squat program and hitting 405.  Definitely doing the program again this summer.

Some current training goals and/or personal goals are: 
Lose a bit more weight with the Vagabond Nutrition Plan and hit 500lb squat.

What’s the best thing about Vagabond: 

Everything. The coaches are great and knowledgeable. And like everyone says its the People, and if you’ve been here longer than 2 weeks you see why. Everyone helps and pushes each other and are genuinely happy and excited for each other when you hit a milestone or PR.
