What’s the best thing about Vagabond?
Well, I’m interested in all things Patriots Captain, Tom Brady, and researched how he is better shape now than he was when he was 15. His top three secrets are muscle pliability, hydration and diet. I own his TB12 nutrition manual and eat like him, go to the same chiropractor as the Patriots and drink plenty of water. What I was most interested in was muscle pliability and that’s where Vagabond came into play for me. Vagabond offers a Functional Movement Screening test that measures your flexibility and offers a free app that includes exercises to help your flexibility through range of motion. Vagabond also has a fantastic warm-up before each class. Speaking of classes, there is such a wide variety of class times and class types for all fitness levels. All of the coaches are incredible to work with and have a great sense of humor. The coaches offer invaluable tips to help you with your form during workouts and modify exercises for you if needed. I like the adrenaline pumping music they play to keep me motivated throughout the workout. I sometimes get carried away and breakout some dance moves lol. All of the members are super nice and it’s just a great place to be a part of. The owner, Kevin, really cares about all the members. I can go on and on about Vagabond…I just can’t say enough good things.
