From: originally Chelmsford, now easton

Days/Times: Wednesdays @12, sometimes 6am’s and sometimes 5:35  

Proudest Moment: getting back in the pool and competing a whole mile!

VBC proudest moment(s): back in the day getting a bar muscle up. Today? Completing all those strict presses in the workout without any push pressing!!! 

Current goals:

Due to my work schedule it’s tough to be consistent. My current goal is to be more consistent and keep swimming 1mi/week

Best thing about Vagabond:

It’s been said before but bears repeating. Best thing about Vagabond is the community and the passionate coaches. If it’s a question about form or a modification, even inquiring about healthy snack choices while working all day vagabond coaches come through time and time again. The community within the gym is second to none. Having a bad day or a horrible workout? There’s always someone with a friendly fist bump telling you good work. Vagabond will always be home.
