Vagabond of the Month for February: Chris Cotter

Cotter

Vagabond of the Month for February:

Month you were born in:

February

Where you are originally from and/or where you live now:

Originally from Sterling, MA, now live in South Easton, MA

What days/times you typically train at VBC:

If able to, 7 days a week! On Weekdays, 6 AM is my typical class, Weekends, I try and hit up the Saturday team workout, and the sweat session and/or gymnastics course on Sunday

My proudest accomplishment(s) in my training:

Climbing a rope was one of my top goals in joining VBC, i was finally able to accomplish that fairly early on in my training at VBC. Now focusing on muscle ups and fine tuning my kipping.

What’s the best thing about Vagabond:

I started at VBC because I was unmotivated and tired of working out on my own. I also wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted. Vagabond’s program has made working out fun again and challenging. I’m a big fan of my sleep, and I actually look forward to waking up at 5 in the morning to get ready for the day and make my 6 am class! The workouts aren’t the only thing I love though, when I moved to Easton, I didn’t know anybody. VBC has given me a community of awesome, like minded athletes that I enjoy hanging out with! I’ve been a Vagabond for a little less than a year now, i’m loving the results, and look forward to continuing to push myself physically and mentally with this great group of people!
