Vagabond of the Month
Born: March 5
From: West Bridgewater,
MADays/Times: I’m usually at Vagabond before I head into work at 5:30am and stroll in anywhere from 7-9am on my days off if I can sleep in. I’m still working on trying to get myself to make it in during the evenings when I’m not able to make it in the morning.
Proudest moment: Finally getting a job at the Department of Veterans Affairs! I fell in love with helping the veterans, the great team of doctors, nurses, therapy, etc. that I met when I had to complete one of my clinical rotations at the VA. Getting a chance to serve those who’ve served our country is such an honor!
VBC proudest moments: The progress that I’ve made already with my strength and endurance since starting last July!.Current goals: Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, continue to work on improving my fitness and being consistent week to week. A big goal right now is focusing on staying hydrated and actually eating a meal during work shifts, can be such a task sometimes!
Best thing about Vagabond: The community and the coaches. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming! I spent almost 3 years at another crossfit gym and knew that I needed to find another gym with the same concepts and couldn’t just join a regular gym. I found Vagabond and joined during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and wished I had joined sooner! So happy to be a part of the Vagabond family. Kevin and his dedication to his business and members. His positive texts and check ins are always so nice and help keep you motivated! I love how focused Vagabond is on giving back to the community all the time, especially during this past crazy year!
