Vagabond of the Month for October:
Originally from Long Island, New York. Moved back to Easton, MA from Kansas City in March
In 5 times a week. Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun. Times vary week to week but early mornings is my goal.
There have been a number of moments over the past few months that I have been proud of. I’ll give two: first is consistently showing up each day and trusting the process. Second is in September I beat my time on a tester workout I did in July by 6 minutes
Next 2-3 months: Get all pull up variations and muscle ups. Long term is to begin competing.
Best thing about Vagabond:
Coaching. The pride, positivity and commitment the coaches bring to the gym is contagious. From programming with Kevin, Oly with Leroy and tips from Jay during workouts. Couldn’t be happier with the team I have found at Vagabond.
