Vagabond of the Month for September: Jake Ing

Vagabond of the Month for September:
Jake Ing

Month you were born in:
April

Where you are originally from and/or where you live now:
Originally from Oahu, Hawaii now I live in West Bridgewater

What days/times you typically train at VBC:
I bounce around between morning and evening right now because of my crazy schedule. It’s pretty much just when I can get in there.

My proudest accomplishment(s) in my training:
When I first joined, I had very limited mobility in my shoulders and after training at VBC I’ve noticed that I gained a lot of mobility back and can do a lot of movements that I never used to be able to do.

Some current training goals and/or personal goals are:
I want to get better at Olympic lifting since it’s something I’m fairly new to. One of my personal goals I’ve been working on is to finish paramedic school, and finally get married to my fiancé!

What’s the best thing about Vagabond:
I love walking into the gym and being filled with good vibes and high energy. Being surrounded by people with similar goals and awesome and encouraging coaches is one of my favorite things about training at Vagabond.
