Vagabond of the Month for September: Jake Laghetto
Vagabond of the Month for September
Month you were born in:
Where you are originally from and/or where you live now:
What days/times you typically train at VBC:
Everyday besides Sunday / mid-afteroon
My proudest accomplishment(s) in my training:
My endurance has increased a ton! Before I started at Vagabond, I was out of shape and starting to lose all my endurance that I had before when I was playing hockey.
Some current training goals and/or personal goals are:
To increase my PR’s and become better inside Vagabond.
What’s the best thing about Vagabond:
Vagabond is a great place. The coaches are great. The programming is fantastic. The community is astounding. Everything combined makes Vagabond a great place. But most of all, it’s fun. There are plenty of days that I don’t feel like working out. There are a lot of days that I come in and I’m having a terrible day. Whatever the day brings, it doesn’t matter. When I walk into Vagabond I’m instantly in a good mood and ready to workout and when I leave I’m on a high. I look forward to going in and working out every single day. I can’t wait to continue making new friends and getting better at Vagabond!
