B. Push Press- Work up to a heavy 2 rep max
Worked up to 195 lbs
C. 3 sets of 1 @ 90% of Push Press @ 175 lbs
D1. AMRAP(-2) Handstand Push-Ups- 8 reps- rest 30 seconds
D2. Unbroken Butterfly Pull-Ups x 20 reps- rest 60 seconds
D3. Unbroken GHD Sit-Ups x 20 reps
rest 2:00 minutes between sets
