30 seconds of Rowing
rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Anchored Sit Ups
rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Walking Lunges
rest 30 seconds
Tell People not to work to hard through, and use it as more of a recovery workout, and something not to break them down.
