Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday Workouts

Last week was a mess, and overall just busy.. Two more weeks of the Opens, and I will finally be on Fitz’s programming for good for the next year. The business, life, and business once again just get in the way… We will see how it goes.

30 seconds swings @ 53 lbs

Sunday, March 11th, 2012:
Opens Workout 12.3:
This workout was ok, fell 30 places in the top 60, and currently ranked 55th out of 3000 guys in the northeast, but overall just want the opens over with, and just get to a normal schedule, relaxed mind, and next year of training. I def have lost the touch in my conditioning, due to lack of hitting that aspect, but we will see.
