Wednesday Workout of the Day

Hit some low bar box squats today for a heavy single down to a 16 inch box. I have not done these in awhile, and I would say the last time I did a low bar back squat was over a year ago. However, if my new goal is to train for the endurance stage of my life right now, I have to build my hamstrings up more, and be able to use them while I am running, as these our are power horses while we are running. Overall not a bad day, but was pretty tired overall.
I am also trying a new supplement to help aide me in my performance, which hopefully will help in time. I am using beta alanine and we will see how it goes.

15 Back Squats @ 135 lbs
15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
