Wednesday Workout of the Day
Hit this one, and was very deceiving, and got very tough at the end of the workout. I was aiming for some strength stamina and endurance, and I def hit thatt threshold. It was nice to be struggling with a heavier weight for higher amount of repetitions, and was happy to get myself through the workout. It was def one of those times when I was like damn, I wish I had a training partner!!
Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 Workout of the Day:
Front Squat, 10 sets of 5 @ 220 lbs, rest 60 seconds between sets.
The rest between the sets was the hardest part, because it felt like one second, and then had to hit the weight again.
