Wednesday Workout of the Day

*Wednesday, November 16th, 2011 Workout of the Day*
Hit the mainsite workout from a couple days ago, but the time got a littl skewed, as I just forgot to look at the clock. I have a rough estimate of what it was and just going to go off of that. I then performed half a mary workout later on in the day, to work on chest to bar pull ups, and some skill work with handstand push ups and pistols.

A. 3 Rounds for time of:
15 Overhead Squats
15 L Pull-Ups
15 Split Jerk
15 Knees to Elbows
15 Hang Clean
15 Back Extensions @ 25 lbs
*Time*= 18:00 Minutes
B.”Half Mary”
AMRAP 10 Minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pistols
15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Took time on this and just got some work in…
