Wednesday Workout of the Day

This one hurt after the fact. It was not to bad, but this is def going to be workout that will hurt the legs for the next couple of days… We will see what happens, but I def see some Onset Soreness happening in the next few days. However, it was good to work some skills with the pistols, even though it could be a strength for me, but we will how I feel tomm, and if a rest day is in order!
