*Wednesday Workout of the Day* April 13th, 2011
Shoulder is very tender and pretty much a nuisance at this point. After the Opens are over, I will be taking a couple of weeks off and seeing an orthopedic for some added advice on the matter.
Wednesday Workout:
A. Push Press @ 655, 75%, 85%
1st set @ 5 reps @ 120 lbs
2nd set @ 5 reps @ 140 lbs
3rd set @ 9 reps @ 155 lbs
B. For Time of the following movements of:
10-8-6-4-2 of 185 lbs Power Cleans
100 m Row-200 m Row-300 m Row-400 m Row-500 m
*Alternate between the two movements*
