*Wednesday Workout of the Day, June 15th, 2011*

Still keeping to the schedule and concentrating on lower volume of workouts and practicing more skilled movements throughout the week from strength to gymnastics movements. Today I concentrated on Muscle Ups and turned it into a Temp Style Workout with a time componenet. Back still sore, and hands off course ripped again, while doing muscle ups. Again, not to much time today to workout, so had to workout while training the 7:30 am class, which is not something I do usually. Business is taking over the life, and my training taking a little back seat to it.
