5 Sets of the following movements:
Overhead Squat Ascending Sets Max x 5 reps
Burpee Lateral Jumps x 12 reps
Row 350 m
*Rest 1:00 Minute between sets.*
1st set @ 165 lbs
2nd set @ 175 lbs
3rd set @ 185 lbs
4th set @ 190 lbs
5th set @ 200 lbs
200 lbs is not close to my 5 rep max, but with the torn hands, I decided to focus on form and technique, but it was still hard get a good grip on the bar, but the overhead position felt strong overall.
