Week 1: Day 2: Tuesday, June 5th, 2012
Today was a aerobic day mixed with some skill sets of olympic lifting. I saw the first week planned for my training, and I def like it alot. It has a whole lot of volume with strength and olympic lifting, and def a bias towards gymnastics movements. I was put on the rowing machine today for 20 minutes, and sometimes hate sitting on that friggin machine for that long, but overall it is not bad, and my aerobic capacity during monostructual days is still pretty high, and can still push it like the good old days of running. Overall it was a good day, def less volume than monday, but will be back at it again on Wednesday, with some higher volume material with olympic lifting and gymnastics.
I am also getting ready to start my journey with taking some OPT classes online, and will be begin my online class on Monday, which surrounds the area of physiological assessement dealing with work capacity, and also the physical body as well.

B. 20 Minutes of Mobility
C. 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance @ 115 lbs x 12 sets, rest 1 min between sets.
