Day 1
A1. Ring Rows @ 30×1, 8-10 repetitions x 3 sets, rest 45 seconds.
A2. DB Tricep Bench Extensions, @ 30×1, 8-10 repetitions x 3 sets, rest 45 seconds.
A3. DB Zotman Curls @ 30×1, 8-10 repetitions x 3 sets, rest 45 seconds.
 
Day 2
A1. Weighted Negative Pull Ups Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, rest 45 seconds
A2. DB Powell Raises @ 30×1, 8-10 repetitions/each side x 3 sets, rest 45 seconds.
A3. DB Standing Strict Press @ 30×1, 8-10 repetitions x 3 sets, rest 45 seconds.
