Obstacle Warm up: Hurdles-Soldier Walk-Ladder- Broad Jumps

Circle stretch – focus Hamstring banded and shoulders floor

Agility: Single foot balance drills- eyes open then closed

 

Skill Review: Kettlebell swings KB front squats

 

Workoout: 5 rounds for time of:

·       10 KBs

·       10 KB deadlifts

·       10 KB front squats

·       10 sit ups

 

Game: crab wars

Obstacle: 25 Jump rope skips- 5 wall facing squats- 5 broad jumps-lunge twists back x 3 min

Circle stretch

 

Strength Skill:

A1: Back Squats x 5 sets

A2: Push Ups 5-8 scale to band if needed

 
 

Workout: 6 rounds of 30 sec work 30 sec rest of:

·       Airdyne

·       Laterall hops

·       burpees

·       Air squats
