Week 2: Day 2: Tuesday, June 12th, 2012
Today was another back off day, and hit some longer rowing intervals with a little bit of snatch skill work with lighter weight than I am used to. I am feeling pretty good overall, and just trying to plug away with my training. I am looking forward to the next week of training, but overall my eating has been taking a back seat, as life as a business owner, has been getting in the way of eating as much as I want. Today was not to bad, as I did have breakfast with a 5 egg omelete and with 3 pieces of cheese, and a whole bunch of water.
Later on in the day I had about 10 ounces of chicken with 3 tablespoons of guac and then had some sweet potato chips as well.
My dinner was good as I had more chicken with sweet potato fries, peppers and broccoli.
I am eating more than I used to, but some days I fall by the way side, and do not eat enough…
