Week 2: Day 4: Thursday, June 14th, 2012
Today was a skill day and some light runs for the workout. I felt pretty good on the runs, and have not run in a long time, but running is def not an issue in my arsenal of fitness. I am thinking of taking Friday off, due to some stress, and might need to de stress from working out for the day. I hate getting off the program, and trying to catch up, but in the end, I will be on task with my schedule, as long as I get my workouts in on Saturday and Sunday. I will be back on a regular schedule next week, but my body is telling me to take a rest day on Friday.
Thursday, June 14th, 2012 Workout:
A. 10 Minutes @ 50% Effort of Running..
B. Mobility x 20 Minutes
C. Power Clean Cluster @ 155 lbs x 220.127.116.11.1 x 4 sets, rest 1:30 between sets
D. 10 Minutes @ 50% Effort of Running
