Week 2: Day 5: Friday, June 15th, 2012

Today was a mandatory rest day as the day was busy, and literally did not have any time to workout, as some business stuff got in the way. I needed a rest day as a matter of fact, as my body was feeling it over the last 5 days. Also, my left hip has been in pain over the last two weeks, and possibly could have an ailment called snapping hip. This entails that either I am inflammed in the area, and the only thing I can really do is rest, which truly is not an option, so icing and some anti-inflammatory could be the only thing I can do for now. I am concentrating on doing some stretches for the ailment, so I am hoping over the next couple of weeks that it will heal up. It is frustrating because it is def hindering me in my squatting, and hopefully it gets better. Small problem, but something that is bugging me in the long run. Anyways it was a good rest day and will back at it on saturday.
