Week 2: Day 7: Sunday, June 17th, 2012

Today was a tough day to get some workouts in because it was fathers day and I have not seen my father in awhile, so I made it a point to see him today and also my brother and sister in law are in from Ireland, and I get to see them once a year, and at end of the day, family has to come first, as in the past, I have put them on the back burner, and this is not the way I want to live my life. I have been off the last few days, as I have found it hard to get my workouts in, and my motivation has been down as of late. I got a lot on mind and the business adds up and my number one goal is my clients and the people in the gym. I decided to hit some snatch work at the end of the night at around eight pm. I felt good for the first time getting under the barbell, and hope in time I will be back to my old numbers for my only lifts. I know what the problem is with my tech as I am rounding out the barbell during the second pull which is really hindering me in the long run. The weight is not heavy, my tech is just off for now. Just got to keep video taping and breaking down my tech. Sunday, June 17th, 2012: A. Snatch work to a heavy single, 135 x 3, 155 x 3, 175 x 2. 195 x 1, 205 x 1, 210 x 1 B. Snatch on the minute x 5 minutes 3 reps, all squat @ 155 lbs. All completed with ease and touch n go reps.
