Warm Up:

Obstacle: Forward roll- ladder-Single leg hops-climb up or jump up and over boxes 5 of them-Sprint down Jog backwards back x 3 –as a

relay race

Circle Stretch

A1: Pull Ups 3-4 reps x 3- with assistance if needed

A 2: plank holds 45 seconds x 3

A 3: 15 of your fastest sit ups! X 3

Workout: 5 times around

7 Cleans- ball or DB

7 front squats

30 sec Airdyne

7 Box jumps

7 Burpees

Game EarthQuake….

30 sec jump rope 5 spidermans -5 air squats with a pause- 5 broad jumps x 4 sets

Stretch Hamstrings with a band and ankles

Skill work:

Handstand Holds Practice and Wall climbs

A: strict press 3 reps x 5 sets

B; Workout 3 rounds of

45 sec work 15 sec rest

· Shuttle Run

· Goblet Squats

· Shuttle Run

· Sit ups or knees to elbows
