Week 3" Day 1: Monday, June 18th, 2012

Today was unplanned rest day, as once again somethings came up at the gym, and I ended up doing every single class at the gym. One of my trainers had to go to doctors, so I ended up doing all the classes, which ended up leaving me having to do my work during the off hours, and at the end, that only left me about an hour or less to workout, which would not be enough time to get in all my work. I am really trying to follow mike’s programming, but somethings just get in the way, and in the last three weeks, I have had to either switch the days of the planned workout or double up. I will be doubling up tomm, as Tuesday is more of a back off day, and I need to get Mondays Workout in, so I can stick to task. I hope in the future, things will start falling into place, but at the end of the day, my gym and people are more important than my workouts, so sometimes you just have to make sacrifices.

Today is also a crazy day because it is our re test day for the No Grain Challenge, so I have alot of weighing, measuring, and calculations to do during the day.

Back at it on Tuesday, with a nice double ahead of me, which I do not mind.

 I will have free time hopefully to get everything in between 9 am and 330 pm
