Week 3: Day 5: Friday, June 22nd, 2012

Today was a good day of training and little different. I did Saturdays workout today, since time was limited, and had about one hour and 20 minutes to workout, and the saturdays workout was just right for the time period. I will hit fridays workout on sunday, since we have a big day at the gym tomm, we will be doing a charity workout for cancer and then our second annual vagabond cook out.

The second portion of the workout went very well, and was very happy with keep the same exact time for all 5 sets, which shows I am getting better within this energy system, and feel strong throughout the work sets. It almost feels easy, so I am happy with that.

Overall a good day, and another good day of eating, with 3 full meals, and some snacks in between as well.

Friday, June 22nd, 2012 Workout:
A. 5 Sets of the following:
Prowler Pushes @ 90 lbs @ 97% effort x 5 sets x 20 seconds, rest 5 minutes between sets.
Got 60 meters plus every time…
B. 5 Sets of the following:
5 Squat Cleans Touch N Go @ 155 lbs
15 Chest to Bar Pull Uos
5 Burpees
Rest 6 minutes between sets.
All sets @ 49 seconds.
