Day 5:

Warm Up: 5 minutes of: 20 M army crawl> 5 PVC pass throughs> 10 jumping jacks> 20 M walking lunges > 5 tap swings

Skill: Front Squats
WOD: 3 sets of:
15 Push ups/ scaled is banded
10 Front Squats
10 Push Press
15 Sit ups/ can butterfly legs
Skill: 3 sets of; Overhead Backward Med Ball throw for distance- Measure and track

Day 6:

Warm Up: 5 minutes of: 10 ft Handstand walk attempts or wall climbs> 5 Air squats> 10 dot drills> 10 mtn Climbers> 20 M back peddles
Skill: Hang Clean- Coach B Warm Up
WOD: AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
Sled Push if weather permits (alt- sprints)
10 Burpee box jump up and overs
5 PVC cleans up to 15 #
Skill: Rope Climb
Mobility: shoulders
