Week 4 of Training:

Day 7 of Training:

5 Minutes of Zone 1 or Game Prep Time

7-10 Minutes of Corrective Exercises Prep Work

Agility, Coordination, and so on– Whatever you feel is necessary

+

4 Sets of the following @ moderate effort:

A1. Goblet Squats, 10-12 repetitions, rest 30 seconds

*You can sub in air squats or parallel squats here or squats to box or just accordion squats- meaning small knee flexion for young kids*

A2. DB Standing Press, 8-10 repetitions, rest 30 seconds

You can sub in pvc strict press or very light barbell for older children

A3. Front Lean Rest, 20 seconds, rest 30 seconds.

Older Children can increase difficulty with holding on rings

A4. Burpees, 25 seconds, rest 90 seconds.

Older Children in Heather’s Class can do Row for 30 seconds

10 Minutes of Game Time

 

Day 8 of Training:

5 Minutes of Warm-Up

+

7-10 Minutes of Agility, Coordination, and so on or whatever you see fit

+

20 Minutes on the Clock:

Complete as many rounds as possible in the 20 minutes:

Run Up and Back in Parking Lot x two times

5 Burpees(Corrin’s Kids 15 Jumping Jacks)

5 Box Jumps

Rest 1 minute between rounds
