Week 6 of Training:

Day 11 of Training:

5 Minutes of Zone 1 or Game Prep Time

7-10 Minutes of Corrective Exercises Prep Work

Agility, Coordination, and so on– Whatever you feel is necessary

+

4 Sets of the following @ moderate effort:

A1. Goblet Squats, 10-12 repetitions, rest 30 seconds

Older Children can try Wall Balls for this Session

A2. DB Push Press @ 30×1, 8-10 reps, rest 30 seconds

Older Children can start implementing the light barbell

A3. Sit-Ups, 12 -15 reps, rest 30 seconds.

Older Children can perform Hollow Holds or Front Lean Rest x 20-30 seconds

10 Minutes of Game Time

 

Day 12 of Training:

5 Minutes of Warm-Up

+

7-10 Minutes of Agility, Coordination, and so on or whatever you see fit

+

8 Sets of the following:

20 seconds of Up and Back Sprint

rest 20 seconds

20 seconds of Box Jumps or Step Ups

rest 20 seconds

20 seconds of Up and Back Sprint

rest 20 seconds
