A3: Ring holds 20 sec x 3

 Skill Work: Test max box jump height

 WOD: 3 sets of:

Stations: 30 sec work 15 rest

1; burpee

2; box jump over onto several boxes and heights

3: KBS

4: goblet squat

5: rope pully

6:jump rope

7:jumping pull ups

 ****rest one minute after completing each round
