II. Class Warm-Up:
“Vagabond Warm-Up”
Snatch Progressions:
Up and Down
Elbows High and Outside
Muscle Snatch

III. Mobilization Piece:
1. 3 Way Shoulder Stretch- Openers for Pull-Ups
2. High Hamstring Stretch Banded- Recovery Method from last two days
3. Foam Roll Quad and TFL Area- 4 Minutes in total
IV. Strength and Conditioning Workouts of the Day:
A. Back Squat, 3 sets of 5, sets across
