Warm-Up

     – 3 Rounds of
          – 150M Row
          – 10 PVC Overhead Squats
          – 10 Push-Ups

Skills:
     – Review of Split Snatch
     – Review of Overhead Squat

WOD:
     – Split Snatch: 8 Rounds of 2 Reps on the Minute. Work up to 85%

     – Overhead Squat: 5 sets of 3 @75-80% of 1RM
